With a rich and multidisciplinary background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based, Somatic, Polyvagal, and Solution-Focused Therapy, my goal is to bring a holistic approach to healing. My commitment to providing the very best care is reflected in the personalized attentiveness to your therapeutic experience.

Your sessions are tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe and trusting space for exploration and growth.

Whether you prefer weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions, your schedule is respected and your progress is prioritized.
The process is really straightforward. Schedule a consultation to get to know each other and ask any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward, schedule an in person or telehealth appointment. My goal is to make sure the process is smooth and comforting. There’s no pressure and no expectations. Your happiness and safety is Priority #1.
In our first session together we will explore what brought you into counseling and then collaborate on a plan for your care.
